Camping at Allegany State Park

We took our first camping trip of the season last weekend! We got to try out our new (huge) tent, and got to go on some fun hikes and hang out with lots of Lisa's family and some of our friends. Can't ask for more than that!

Aren't all our kids cute?
(hint: YES.)

And just look at our little girls!

All my ladies, taking a walk:

 Playing UNO with Aunt Mary:

(look closely & you can see that snake sticking his tongue out at us!)

Bethany's a very proud big cousin, and she always loves holding on to little Hayden for pictures!

(There are more pictures on our other camera, but I haven't managed to get them uploaded yet; I'll get there!)

Camping pros that our girls are, they all had a great time, and they can't wait to go again; they'll have to wait until after our big Disney trip, but I'm sure they'll manage somehow!

Rebekah graduates from PreK 3!

It's hard to believe, I know, but our little Rebekah is not so little anymore! She graduated from PreK 3 last Friday ("Moving Up Day", as her teacher called it), and we could hardly be more proud of her!

Here's Bekah with her teacher, Mrs. Aures (left) and the class aid, Miss Ann:

We love you, Rebekah!

Rebekah is 4!

Our middle daughter turns 4 today! (That is a CRAZY sentence, is it not?)

From the very beginning, Rebekah has been a sweetie-pie, through and through. She's REALLY into Super Mario Brothers right now, so naturally, she got a bunch of Mario-related things for her birthday, which was celebrated over the weekend in Columbus and then again when we got back in town.

Her requested birthday dinner meal tonight? Mac & Cheese with hot dog pieces in it.

I don't think it's possible to not love this little girl!

Happy birthday, Rebekah!

Quote of the Day: Firemen Defined

Daddy (on hearing a siren): There must be a fire!
Rebekah: Not here! Firemen don't live in houses! They live in the dark, dark, dark forest.
Mommy: Bekah, what is a fireman?
Rebekah: They shoot fireballs at bad guys. Not at us though, just at bad guys and houses.

(We obviously have left huge gaps in our fire safety discussions here at home...)
